NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LOGANSPORT BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Notice is hereby given that the Logansport Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing starting at 4:00 P.M. on Monday, November 21, 2016, in the City Council Chambers, third floor, City Building, 601 E. Broadway, Logansport, Indiana. During this hearing, the Board will consider the petition of Christopher P. & Mary C. Bowles requesting a Variance from Developmental Standards to allow for an accessory structure to be located within the front yard setback. The property is located at 327 McKee St., Logansport, IN and is zoned R-3, Medium Density Residential. The property is more fully described by as: St Joseph Hospital Lots 33-39 12-072-018 thru 024 Interested persons desiring to express their views on this petition, either orally or in writing, will be given the opportunity at the above time and place.
