PUBLIC NOTICE The City of Lebanon Stormwater Management Board (401 S. Meridian Street, Lebanon, IN 46052) is submitting a Notice of Intent to inform the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of their intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 (Rule 5) for the discharge of stormwater from construction activities for the upcoming Grant Street stormwater project. The project includes improvements to the storm sewer system along Grant Street from Fordice Road to Williams Street. Also included is a stormwater outfall along Williams Street from Grant Street west to Prairie Creek. Improvements are located in Section 31, Township 19 North, Range 1 East, in Center Township, Boone County, Indiana. Construction is scheduled to commence in January 2017 and should be completed by October 2017. Runoff from the project site will discharge to Prairie Creek.
