NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. a public hearing will be held before the Lebanon Board of Zoning Appeals in the Municipal Building, 401 S. Meridian Street in the City of Lebanon, IN. Docket #16-29; on the application for 7 Development Standard Variances. The application submitted by Ascent Hospitality Management Co LLC. For an Improvement Location Permit Application as specified in the Zoning Code of Lebanon: Ordinance #74-12, as amended. The following 7 Development Standard Variances being requested for a proposed hotel to be located at estimated 401 N. Mt Zion Road: Variance 1-Section 4.15 D. Minimum Lot Size of 5 Acres in the Planned Business Industrial (PBI) District Variance 2-Section 4.15.D. Rear Setback in the Planned Business Industrial (PBI) District Variance 3-Section 4.15 D. Maximum Height in the Planned Business Industrial (PBI) District Variance 4- Section 4.15 D. Maximum Floor Intensity Ratio is 0.6 in the Planned Business Industrial (PBI) District Variance 5- Section 7.10.b.10.a-A trash compactor/dumpster shall be located no closer to any right-of-way than the principal structure.
