Lawson Sheriff's Sale By virtue of a certified copy of a judgment and decree to me directed by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Madison County, in a case wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. Plaintiff and LAURA L. LAWSON; Defendant, requiring me to make the sum of $87,061 Dollars and 20 Cents, with interest on said Decree and costs, I will expose and offer at Public Sale to the highest bidder, on August 19, 2016 at 10 o'clock A.M., at the office of the sheriff in the Court House in Anderson, Madison County, Indiana, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy the plaintiff's judgment, interest and costs, the following described real estate in the County of Madison and State of Indiana; to-wit: Parcel I: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 20 North, Range 7 East; thence South 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West (assumed bearing) 1020.00 feet to the place of beginning; thence South 00 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds East 161.45 feet; thence South 89 degrees 48 minutes 58 seconds West 190.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 18 minutes 00 seconds West, 162.45 feet; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East 190.00 feet to the place of beginning, being a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 24 and containing .706 of an acre, more or less subject to legal rights of way, in Madison County, Indiana. Parcel II: Beginning at a point on the North line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 20 North, Range 7 East, said point being 1,210 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and running thence West 124.92 feet along said North line to the West line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence South 188.1 feet along said West line; thence Easterly 123.15 feet; thence North 187.45 feet to the place of beginning. Being a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 24, Township 20 North, Range 7 East and containing 0.534 acre, more or less, in Madison County, Indiana.
